Our lambs are born in April and are ready for processing in October when they reach 75-100lbs. They spend their entire lives on pasture cycling nutrients with much of our spring and early summer grazing between the rows of our chestnut trees. We practice intensive rotational grazing so that the sheep receive fresh grass everyday.
Processing is done through RRR Meat Processing in Buckley Michigan - a USDA inspected facility.
